Ways to use the room

Project meetings
across organisations

For regular meetings or kick-offs with a team drawn from several organisations, the room gives you neutral ground that is nobody's office.

Freelancers
meeting clients

Freelancers without an office of their own can use the room to talk through proposals and contracts with clients.

Online meetings
on a business trip

If you are in Takayama on business, you can use this private room for online meetings with your clients. Sales calls and discussions that are awkward in a café can be held at normal volume behind a closed door.

Before you book

Price¥2,200 for the first hour, then ¥1,100 for each additional 30 minutes. Three hours costs ¥6,600 (all prices include tax)

FAQ

Can I book on the same day?

Yes, as long as you book at least four hours before the start time.

Can I bring other people with me?

Yes, up to four people in total. Please have one person make a single booking for the whole group.

Can I extend my booking?

We cannot extend bookings on the day. Please choose a length between one and three hours when you book.

Is there parking?

Meeting room guests cannot use the ensō car park. Please use one of the paid car parks nearby.

Can I cancel?

You receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the booking starts. You can cancel on the booking page that opens from the link in your confirmation email, and the refund goes back automatically to the credit card you paid with. We cannot refund cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.

Do you issue receipts?

Yes. When your payment is complete, we email a receipt to the address you used to book. The receipt shows our invoice registration number. If you cancel and receive a refund, we email a refund receipt as well.

Is the meeting room free for members?

Monthly members can book it free of charge from the member page, every day. For details of membership, see the coworking page.

As well as the meeting room, ensō has drop-in seats you can use for the day and guest rooms where you can stay overnight. Take a look at the coworking and stay pages too.
